Thursday, March 17th, 2pm

Protect Your Children

If you want to ensure your assets go to your children and – more importantly, that your children go to the people you want them to – without the government getting involved, there are important steps you need to take now. Join us to learn how to create an estate plan that ensures your children will receive the inheritance and childhoods you worked hard for them to have.

Learn how to:

Provide for your children

Understand the difference between a will, trust, and directive

Avoid your child temporarily or permanently going to foster care

Experience peace of mind, knowing your children are taken care of in your absence

Hosted by Axis Law Group’s Cristyn Kelly and Nicole D’Arpa

Give Your Child What They Need

Even if it seems obvious to you, without the right kind of legal plan in place, your child is at risk of not only losing their inheritance, but not being raised how you want, or even by whom you want. We’ll show you exactly how to make a legally-binding plan to protect your child’s future care.

We’ll show you:

“Cristyn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Although very necessary I was dreading this process; however, Cristyn not only made it easy but also explained things to me in a way that helped me make the right decisions. I wish I could give ten stars.”
