Cristyn Kelly
Cristyn Kelly is the Managing Attorney of Axis Law Group. She formed the firm because at her very core, she is family-centered. Every member of the Axis Law Group team is hired because they each align with the firm’s core value of putting family first. Always.
Background & Education
Prior to forming Axis Law Group, Cristyn clerked for a probate, civil, and criminal court Judge, spent time in the JAG office on Buckley AFB, and worked as in-house counsel. Cristyn also worked for another Estate Planning and Probate Law firm where she opened and operated the Colorado Springs branch of the same firm. She attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Missouri in Business Administration – Management.
Lifestyle & Family
Cristyn’s very heart is based around family. She has two beautiful children, Gabriella and Killian, and a fluffy furball (Hades, the cat). She is the oldest of seven, yes seven, siblings and loves to travel to visit them and take trips to new places with them! While a Missouri girl at heart, she loves the Rocky Mountains – and the lack of humidity and bugs Colorado has to offer!
Cristyn is a member of the North Colorado Springs Rotary Club and is on the Foundation Board. She also serves on the Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care Board.
Cristyn is licensed in both Colorado and Missouri and is currently only accepting new clients in Missouri.
Nicole D’Arpa
Nicole D’Arpa is an Estate Planning attorney who takes the time to hear your questions, goals, and concerns before recommending an Estate Plan that is perfect for you and your family. Her top priority is that you understand what and how your plan will accomplish everything you want it to, even after you’re gone.
Background & Education
Before working at Axis Law Group, Nicole worked in different types of law in Las Vegas and in Colorado before finding her perfect match with Estate Planning. She attended Denver Sturm College of Law where she had her first Estate Planning client and realized she loves to walk people through the process and ensure their peace of mind.
Lifestyle & Family
Nicole was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to Colorado for law school. She quickly fell in love with the Rocky Mountains, breweries, and outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, hiking, snowboarding, golfing . . . really anything outside!
Nicole is Secretary/Treasurer of the El Paso County Bar Association’s Trust and Estates Section.


Mark Kollasch
As an Estate Planning attorney, Mark Kollasch works alongside you to craft an ideal plan for your estate. Mark also provides guidance as a Probate attorney, and he will work to ensure the probate process goes as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Background & Education
Before joining Axis Law Group, Mark worked for a disability civil rights law firm where he gained significant experience advocating for individuals’ specific needs. He graduated from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, and he has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Colorado State University.
Lifestyle & Family
Mark grew up in Colorado Springs, and despite short relocations for school, he has always called the Springs home. With a majority of his immediate and extended family members in town, he has the privilege of seeing loved ones regularly. He loves spending time with his wife, Toni, and their dog, Bowler, along with playing on his church’s worship team, cheering on the Colorado Avalanche, and brewing cold brew coffee.
